Anna Hemmings is a 6-time World Champion, 2-time Olympian, and 3-time European Champion kayaker. As a keynote speaker, she has collaborated with prominent companies such as Deloitte, Virgin Media, Unilever, RBS, Lloyds, IBM, E.ON, British Airways, P&G, Novartis, and EDF. Anna is the Founding Director of Beyond the Barriers consultancy, where she combines practical business experience with psychological research on peak performance. Notably, Anna has overcome chronic fatigue syndrome, showcasing her resilience and determination.

Personable is a podcast dedicated to helping listeners become the best they can be by learning from the world’s best in their respective fields. This mission is inspired by my mother, Louise, who encouraged me to become the best version of myself before she passed away from cancer in 2023.
